So yesterday I called Rave and spoke with Juan and ask him to come down for an issue we were having with our bathroom sink. Today, Ozzy show's up. Young guy. Based on my past experience, my red flags went. I trusted Juan, I've seen his work and was very comfortable with him. I talked to Ozzy for a few minutes and he came off as a professional, knowledgeable person. Polite and courteous. He came in, took care of our plumbing issue and left our bathroom floor cleaner than it was. I tried telling him not to worry about the cleaning. His response to me was "you shouldn't know that we were here". That's the same thing Juan had said to me the first time he did work for us. That tells me that high standards, great quality of workmanship and professionalism are the foundation of this company. That is so rare now a days. Please thank Ozzy for a great job.
